There are two uses for the wind chimes.
1. Yes, it removes the negative chi. For example, if there is a poison arrow, you can use it neutralise a sharp corner.
2. In one example, if the wind chime is made of metal, it can be used to enhance a metal location. What I mean is that if you found out under the Pillars of Destiny that you are a `weak metal' person, you can place a wind chime to enhance your metal element.
Caution 1: Wind chime makes noise. For the buddhist, after someone dies, they perform rites with metal cymbols. Many Feng Shui Masters beliief that using whind chimes wrongly may inadvertently, attract spirits to your home.
Caution 2: Wind chimes can be made of many materials or a combination of both and thus if used wrongly, may instead of bringing good, have adverse effects.
