Dear Wasis,
For purchase of Ba Gua mirror(s), 6 coins etc... Here are the suggested locations:-
LOCATION/SECTOR A
Buildings/Landmarks:-
1. Fu Lu Shou Complex
2. Albert Complex
3. Housing and Development Shops facing (opposite) the famous " Kwan Im Tong Hood Che Temple - located at Waterloo Street.
4. Housing and Development Block 405 (just opposite the Bugis MRT).
4.1 In fact, Para 1, 2, 3 & 4 are within walking distance of one another.
4.2 Do look out for `open air' shops `surrounded' by Albert Complex, Fu Lu Shou Complex and Kwan Im Tong Hood Che Temple.
4.3 There are many `open air' shops especially in the evening.
LOCATION/SECTOR B
Another location is `Chinatown'. It is worth visiting the following shopping centres there:-
1. The stretch of Eu Tong Seng Road in particular:-
1.1 Peoples Park Complex
1.2 Yue Hwa Bulding
1.3 Chinatown Complex/ New Bridge Ctr.
1.4 Terrace shop houses along - Temple Street, Smith Street, Sago Street, Sago Lane.
2. Currently there are construction work carried out for the North-East MRT (where there is a MRT station and some inconvenience.
But other than this, you could get hold of the location map and perhaps plan your route to visit the terrace shops located at Temple Street / Sago Street Lane / Pagoda Lande and walk to Chinatown Complex and New Bridge Center then use the overhead bridge to cross to Peoples Park Complex / Yue Hwa Building.
3. Ba Gua mirrors:
3.1 If you can, you could buy the Ba Gua mirror with the two Door gods attached to the top of the mirror.
3.2 What is the purpose of the Ba Gua used for?
Mostly there could be used for two purposes:
Some belief that:
1. To ward off evil.
2. To deflect sha Qi.
As mentioned above, a Ba Gua mirror with the two door Gods attached to can to some practitioners used to supposely to ward off evil. And serve a dual purpose of deflecting sha qi if there is a mirror on it.
3. I mentioned in the past, I chanced across several situations where two main doors of separate houses faced each other.
The two doors were separated by around 1 metre or less.
3.1 In the above situation, one owner placed a Ba Gua with a `normal' flat or convex mirror in the centre of the Ba Gua above the main door.
3.2 The other owner `retaliated' by placing a full convex mirror on his door.
The convex mirror is suppose to deflect the bad sha qi of the neighbours.
3.3 Usually, the convex mirror is used or more commonly used in the homes.
4. In the west, especially if you meet `western' FS practitioners - some would condone the `effectiveness' of the Ba Gua mirror.

User's Comments Apart from learning the traditional method of this system, they have also taught me about compassion and humility. These qualities are extremely important in my opinion as we are dealing with people's lives when we delve deeply into their Four Pillars Chart and try assist as much as possible. Over the years, nothing has been too much of a problem for them in helping me attain the success I now experience. How I wish they were in down town Perth, Western Australia. I sincerely hope you Singaporeans understand just how very very fortunate you are to have them "on tap". I am originally from Singapore many years ago and I have an excellent understanding of the culture and lifestyle of the Island. Out of interest, I "monitor" a few Feng Shui "Lists" coming out of Singapore and to say that there is amazing nonsense being proliferated is putting it very mildly indeed. I feel so very sorry for those being "sucked in". So guys, we are a very lucky bunch of folk to be under the umbrella of Cecil and Robert Lee. I have no doubt reading all the posts that come thru Geomancy Net that you all do appreciate their efforts. Sincerely Glyn Hezakiah |
