Dear Roasline,
Here are some guidelines to the placement of an ancestor's tablet:-
1. Avoid placing it immediately facing the front entrance (main door). Here, the implication is that it is disrespectful to let an ancestor become the guardian of the house.
2. Avoid placing it facing a toilet or on the same wall as the toilet.
3. If possible, avoid placing it in the kitchen.
4. Try to find some place in the living room area. Preferably facing outwards i.e. facing an open window (if you can).
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
