Hi Cecil,
In one of your messages, you mentioned that in the order of priority, if you can't have both, it is better to be in an auspicious location rather than just facing it.
That brings up another point that I would like your opinion on. In the 8 house theory, I am a Ken, which is earth. The auspicious directions are SW, NE, W, and NW. I can understand SW and NE being auspicious since they are also earth, but why is W and NW considered auspicious, since they are both metal and metal drains earth? Why isn't the South auspicious, since fire creates earth? Instead the South section is disaster to a ken person.
Following this train of thought, in the Pillars of Destiny, my true element is weak water. It would be logical to me that a weak water person would prosper in the metal sector or the the West or North West section if the section was balanced already through the flying star.
What do you think of this rational?

User's Comments I am currently planning to purchase a resale HDB, and chanced upon your website for feng shui advice. I must say, you guys have done a FANTASTIC job! Its comprehensive, not too difficult for a newcomer to understand, and certainly, it did help me in determining the stuff I should look out for when buying a flat! I am now considering to get the self help, full audit or on-site package.... how would I know which is more suitable for me? - Tan Tuesday, 15 July 2003 |
