Thanks for your feedback and research on the North East. My comments are in

Yes, the significance is due to a `result' of poor planning.

This is new to me. But could be classified under `meeting' obstacles.

In the Pakua, it signifies problems with the abdomen ie stomach, intestines
and colon.

>4 SIGNIFICANCE OF EDUCAATION AND KNOWLEDGE ASPECTS.

This could be classified under `meeting' obstacles.

>5 SIGNIFICANCE OF MONEY MATTERS.
>6 SIGNIFICANCE OF BUSINESS MATTER.
