Hi My sister is confused about her birthdate. She don't know which animal sign she belongs to. Some fengshui teacher said she is monkey and some said she is rooster. She is born in 6th feb of 1969. Pls help Does one consider belong to the animal in that year once her birthday cross chinese new year for that year Thanks
