Dear Daren,
Yes, a clock is considered a form of Sha Qi especially if it faces your house through a window.
You can apply the rule: If one cannot see the Sha Qi, it no longer becomes a threat.
See if you can come up with something e.g. draw the curtain etc...
Another consideration is the clock. The smaller the better.
