Dear Anon,
Can I clarify the following points:
1. The neighbour's mirror - facing your property: Is there perhaps a lone tree growing in your compound that seems to slice thru the window or second floor of your neighbour? Or alternatively, is there a private street lamp within your compound that slices into the second floor window of your neighbour?
2. When you stand at the main entrance, looking outside; can you see the mirror?
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
