The best overall dimensions for furniture is exactly 17inches or multiples of it. 17inches is approximately equal to 43 cm.
As one Feng Shui foot is = 17 inches. And at 17 inches or multiples of it e.g. 34 inches, 51 inches are considered most auspicious for good fortune or wealth.

5ft 8 inches is = 68 inches divided by 17 inches = 4 times of 17 inches
so overall considered very good measurement.
2ft 8 inches is = 32 inches is considered OK.
But a better measurement is 17inches x 2 = 34 inches or 2 ft 10 inches is a better choice.
>DESK OF STAFF:-- 6 FT.8 Inches
>x 2FT.8Inches X 2FT.8 Inches
6 ft 8 inches = 80 inches. This measurement is inauspicious.
It is best to go for 17inches x 5 = 85 inches or 7 ft 1 inch or 5 inches more than what you had proposed.
Therefore the best measurements are:
DESK OF DIRECTOR:--5FT.8 Inches
x 2FT 10 Inches X 2FT 10 Inches
>DESK OF STAFF:-- 6 FT.8 Inches
>x 2FT.8Inches X 2FT.8 Inches
I think you had made a mistake for the staff table as it should not be 6 ft. 8 inches which is much wider than the director's table.
But if you are using this measurement than go for:-
7 ft 1 inch x 2 ft 10 inches x 2 ft 10 inches.
For the Desk of Staff, if you had made a mistake above than go for:-
4 ft 3 inches (which is 51 inches) x 2 ft 10 inches x 2 ft 10 inches.
The 17 inch method has been the standard even for an auspicious document pouch.
