Thank you very much for your response. Yes, our building appears to be fine, all are the same height, it is not on any busy roads or the like. Our patio entrance faces West, and our French Doors to the patio face west as well. Overall it is open, full of light, and the bedroom seems perfect. Are you the person who would conduct an off-site consultation if we were to send a floorplan, etc?

Who on earth will give out their valuable knowledge to others without taken a single penny.
