Dear Mr. Lee,
Thank you very much for letting me know that my birthday is an auspicious one. I am not Chinese but I do look forward to the prosperity the year shall bring. However, you did not give me answers on my other queries such as what I need to do to ensure good luck. I would appreciate it very much if you could give some advise on this. I shall consider this your birthday gift to me.
I manage a commercial property and I am having much difficulty leasing the spaces it to tenants. What work orientation can you advise me to consider to reverse this. It has been this way for over six months now.
